The controller is Thunderstruck studio (Maroš Smrek). For anything to do with personal data, write to hello@thunderstruck.studio — a real person answers, no extra forms involved.
Through the contact form: your name, email, project type, rough budget and the text of your message. The budget is optional; the rest is what we need to give you a useful answer.
Through the AI audit tool: the address of the site you want analysed, and the email the result should go to.
Through chat and call booking: whatever you type into them — name, email, and the conversation or the meeting slot.
We build no behavioural profile of you automatically. Our host keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, request time) for operations and security.
When you talk to the AI agent on this site, the conversation stays in your browser — we do not store it in any database.
We may, however, email ourselves a transcript, at four points: when you close the chat, when you ask for a human, after five minutes without a message, or when you close the tab. It lets us pick up where you left off, and lets us see what the agent said and whether it said it well.
The answers themselves are generated by a language model from Anthropic, and the transcript email is delivered by Resend. If you would rather nothing was sent, write to us directly at hello@thunderstruck.studio.
Form and chat details are used for one thing: replying to you and agreeing on possible work together. The legal basis is steps taken before a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry.
The URL from the AI audit is used to generate the analysis, the email to deliver it. None of it goes onto a mailing list unless you ask for one.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Where work does follow, project correspondence is kept for the duration of the project and then for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
AI audit inputs are not kept long-term — once the result has been sent, we no longer need them.
Nobody, on our initiative. We do run on third-party tools that data technically passes through: Tawk.to (the chat on this site), Cal.com (call booking), Anthropic (the language model that reads a page during the AI audit), and our hosting and email providers.
Each has its own processing terms. Some process data outside the European Union; where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Our own cookies only remember your choice in the consent bar. Chat loads only once you allow it; decline, and it never runs at all.
We also measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; it runs regardless of your choice, the same as the host's ordinary technical logs.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
You have the right to access your data, correct or erase it, restrict its processing, take it elsewhere, and object to processing. An email is enough — no official form required.
If you believe we are handling your data badly, you can complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
If the tools we use or the data we collect change, this text changes with them and the date at the top is updated.
